How it works
One run, end to end
- Accept — new orders are pulled from every connected seller account and accepted, respecting each order's dispatch window.
- Pack — shipments are packed with the right quantities and dimensions; cancellations and partial cancellations are handled, not guessed at.
- Label — label PDFs are fetched, parsed and re-sorted into bag bundles, an A→Z master and a per-SKU breakdown sheet.
- Dispatch — packed shipments are marked ready to dispatch and the manifest is generated for the courier.
- Reconcile — every shipment is checked back against the marketplace so nothing is left stranded mid-pipeline.

Connect each Flipkart seller account with its own credentials — each keeps its own pipeline state. Run one account, or hit Process all and they fan out together.
Browse orders by stage with counts that match the portal, review dimensions before packing, work bagwise at the table, mark ready-to-dispatch by hand when you need to, and pull a manifest on demand.
Selling on Meesho too? There's no seller API to connect, so Docklyt takes the day's label PDF instead and gives you the same bundles, masters and per-SKU sheets out the other side.
Labels & printing
Labels the way the packing table needs them
Raw marketplace label PDFs come out in whatever order the marketplace felt like. Docklyt parses them and rebuilds the day: bag-grouped bundles for the packers, an A→Z master for the supervisor, and a per-SKU breakdown for the picker. Blank filler pages are stripped on the way through.
The print queue takes it from there — auto-printing when a run finishes, routing per marketplace, fitting to your label stock. A station watcher on the desktop by the printer picks up cloud runs and prints them without anyone walking over.

Product labels without a BarTender licence
Legal-Metrology product labels at 120 × 78.5 mm, with the FSN as both Code 128 and a QR — generated straight from your QC sheet or pulled from your live Flipkart listings.
It replaces the one Windows machine with the BarTender licence that everybody has to queue behind, and it prints through the same queue as everything else.
Inventory & returns
Stock that moves when the parcels do
Stock depletes as orders dispatch, from the same run that shipped them — no second app to keep in step, no end-of-day data entry.
Returns come back through handover and pickup-OTC boards: received, verified, and credited back to stock. Reconcile against the order cache when the numbers drift, and read weekly or monthly sales and top movers off the dashboard.
Payroll & attendance
The people doing the packing, on the books
An employee registry with attendance, a holiday calendar, advances and a salary ledger — ending in a proper slip in Docklyt's own layout, not a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month.
Punches come straight off a biometric terminal, and staff check their own month, balance and slip from the Telegram bot instead of asking you.
Scheduled Runs
Processing runs itself on an IST schedule and skips if a run is already going. You get pinged only when something needs a human.
Telegram Alerts
Every run posts its summary to your group. The team sees what shipped without anyone opening the app.
Pack-Scan Verification
Scan the label at the pack station and Docklyt tells you whether the right parcel is in front of you — before it goes in the bag.
Logins For Your Team
Packers get their own limited login: find a run, print it, scan it, do handover. Payroll, marketplace credentials and schedules stay owner-only, enforced on the server. Idle sessions lock themselves.

Which marketplaces does it work with?
Flipkart runs end to end through the Seller API — accept, pack, labels, ready-to-dispatch, manifest and reconcile, across as many seller accounts as you have.
Meesho has no self-serve seller API for anyone, so nothing can automate it the same way. Docklyt takes the day's label PDF instead and does the part that actually costs you time: parsing it and rebuilding it into bag bundles, an A→Z master and a per-SKU sheet.
Do I need the Windows app, or is the web enough?
The web app does the dispatch loop on its own — you can run a whole day from a browser. The Windows app is what you want at the packing station: it drives the printer and the scanner, and its station watcher prints cloud runs automatically.
Most sellers run both. Connected mode keeps job files in sync both ways.
Can my packers have their own logins?
Yes, and they should. A team member can find a run, print it, scan at the pack station and do handover. Payroll, marketplace credentials, schedules and inventory stay owner-only.
That split is enforced on the server against an allowlist, not by hiding buttons in the app — a member's session cannot reach an owner-only route even if it asks directly. Sessions lock themselves after ten idle minutes, so the station PC left open at the table isn't a way in.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
Each business is its own tenant in a managed Postgres, with row-level security on the tables — one seller's workspace cannot read another's. Marketplace credentials are stored per seller account and used by the backend; they are never handed to the browser.
Label PDFs are working files and expire automatically after fourteen days. The database is backed up off-site.
Does it do Amazon, or other channels?
Not today. Docklyt is Flipkart and Meesho, and it's better at those than a general multichannel tool because it was built inside a real Flipkart-and-Meesho packing operation rather than around a spec.
Amazon's SP-API is the next channel on the roadmap. If Amazon is the majority of your volume right now, Docklyt is not yet the right tool and we'd rather say so.
